What BillKilled is

BillKilled generates negotiation scripts — phone, chat, email, and escalation wording — based on a bill you upload. BillKilled is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any provider named on the site or in your bill (for example, your internet, mobile, insurance, or credit card company).

Not professional advice, no guaranteed outcome

BillKilled provides general guidance and suggested wording only. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and it doesn't guarantee that you'll receive a lower rate, credit, or any specific outcome. Results depend on your provider, your account, and the representative you speak with. You're responsible for how you use the scripts we generate and for verifying any offer before you accept it.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

Free and Pro plans

The Free plan gives you one starter script set per bill. Upgrading to Pro is a one-time payment, processed by Stripe, that unlocks AI-regenerated scripts, escalation scripts, savings insights, and the Reply Assistant for that account going forward. Pro access is tied to your account, not a recurring subscription — see your account page for your current plan status.

Acceptable use

Don't use BillKilled to upload bills or account information that aren't yours without authorization, to break the law, or to abuse, scrape, or overload the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the bill you upload. You grant us permission to process it (including sending redacted bill text to our AI provider) solely to generate your negotiation scripts. Scripts generated for your account are for your own personal use.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

BillKilled is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any script will result in savings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BillKilled is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use BillKilled after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
